Description:
This hot water high-pressure cleaner offers a high level of operator comfort and service-friendliness.
The tanks for heating oil, detergent and scale inhibitor can be filled from outside without having to open the machine cover. The machine cover is lockable. A compartment is provided for storing nozzles, tools and other small parts so that they are always at hand.
The upright boiler with integral high-performance burner ensures excellent heat exchange which is one of the prerequisites for complying with emission regulations. The boiler’s special design avoids dew point corrosion.
The outstanding features of the smooth-running three-piston axial pump with its ceramic pistons are its simple construction, compactness, low operating sound and long service life.
The high-pressure pump, burner fan and heating oil pump are driven directly by the electric motor. This layout reduces overall size and guarantees high efficiency and reliability.
4-pole electric motor
Water cooled 4-pole electric motor drives high-pressure pump, fuel oil pump and blower by a single shaft. Result – high efficiency and a long lifetime.
Chimney – outlet cover
Made of stainless-steel integrated in the unit cover. Protects the unit from soot and high exhaust gas temperature.
Exhaust gas temperature sensor
The exhaust gas temperature sensor which is integrated in the chimney switches off the drive motor when the exhaust gas temperature exceeds 300 °C.
Easy Press trigger gun
reduced holding and trigger force, precise infinitely variable pressure/water flow adjustment during continous work.
Fine-mesh water filter
Protects high-pressure components against dirt and particles for higher service life time
Low fuel cut-out
The unit shuts down automatically when the tank is empty.
Pressure Control
Pump pressure can be adjusted directly from pump.

Compensates the arising vibrations in the high-pressure system. Increases the service life of all high-pressure components.

On collection a deposit would be needed and payment for hire fee. You would also need to bring your drivers license, a letter no longer than 30 days old for additional proof of address and card details to be held on account. Once all equipment has been returned(in appliance with Blackburn Tool Hire T&C’s i.e undamged and working) your deposit will be refunded to you and you can request for all your details to be deleted or we can keep them on file for any future hiring so we are all set up and wont have to go through the setup process again DO NOT TAKE CARD PAYMENTS as deposit can take 3-5 business work days to be returned. Therefore cash or online bank transfer only. All our equipment are checked and have been serviced regularly, PAT tested or have a LOLER.
